These sessions go beyond standard wellness routines: we work with your whole body, your patterns, and your habits, addressing the root causes rather than temporary symptoms. Every movement, breath, and technique is selected specifically for you, ensuring that the results are sustainable, practical, and genuinely restorative.

About your Teacher.
Your sessions will be guided by Harriet Cherry, founder of The Glowin’, who combines yoga, breath work, meditation, and myofascial release in a wholly personalised practice. Each sessions is tailored to your body, your energy, and your needs, creating a safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and presence.
Harriet has extensive experience supporting clients with chronic health conditions such as arthritis, lupus, and CIAP, as well as those recovering from injuries, including shoulder dislocations and knee replacements. She has also worked with individuals referred by physiotherapists and doctors for depression, ADHD, anxiety, and obesity, supporting them to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate calm, and restore balance and confidence.
Alongside this work, Harriet has collaborated with national-winning sports teams, integrating movement, recovery, and breath techniques to optimise performance and prevent injury.
Her philosophy is simple: every session is adapted to the person in front of her, creating a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to restore balance and presence — mind, body, and breath.

Booking Terms and Conditions.
In order for your session to be reserved and scheduled, payment must be received in full. Cancellations made 24 hour before the class are entitled to a full refund. Should the class be cancelled within the 24 hours, you will not receive any refund. Packs of 5 & 10 are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable. Should you fail to use the entirety of your pack within the 3 month timeslot, then you will not be refunded the outstanding amount.
